Senior Backend Engineer (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves building integrations for an AI platform focused on product compliance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing connections between the platform and various customer ERP, PIM, and PLM systems, ensuring clean and reliable product data ingestion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a backend engineer, particularly with enterprise system integrations.
• Proficient in API design and data modeling, with experience handling inconsistent and incomplete data.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers' IT teams.
• Experience with PIM/PLM ecosystems or compliance-related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations with customer ERP, PIM, and PLM systems.
• Manage the data ingestion pipeline to ensure reliable product data flow.
• Create reusable integration patterns and tools for efficiency.
• Collaborate with customers during onboarding to streamline the process.
• Work with AI engineers to ensure data supports classification and document generation.
• Contribute to backend architecture and engineering culture as the team expands.
