Senior Azure Solution / Technical Lead (Greater Copenhagen Area)

Job summary

This role involves a combination of hands-on backend development, technical leadership, and solution architecture focused on Azure technologies. The position requires collaboration with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and IT security to create scalable and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and architecture for a product area.
• Develop new backend solutions and integrations.
• Define coding standards, solution patterns, and technical best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high technical quality.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD principles and automated testing practices.
• Align solution architecture with enterprise standards and overall strategy.
• Manage technical aspects of product and release planning.
• Evaluate architectural approaches and set technical direction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including Business Owners and Enterprise Architects.
• Delegate technical responsibilities within the development team.
• Ensure compliance requirements are effectively met.
• Foster a collaborative and healthy team environment.

Qualifications

Nice to Have

• 8+ years of software development experience, including several years in a technical lead role.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET or equivalent Azure backend technologies.
• Proficient in REST APIs, JSON, asynchronous integrations, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and API Management.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth2 and RBAC.
• Experience with API security and versioning.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep or Terraform.
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, and secure coding practices.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments and understanding of GxP software delivery.
• Experience in large enterprise environments with defined architecture and security standards.
