Job summary

The role involves working closely with enterprise customers to identify and implement AI solutions that drive measurable business value within the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. The focus is on understanding customer challenges and translating them into scalable AI architectures using a leading Process Intelligence platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data/AI consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• Understanding of business processes in sectors like Supply Chain or Finance.
• Experience with Python and modern AI frameworks for prototyping solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities by understanding customer strategic priorities and operational challenges.
• Design AI-powered solutions that address complex business problems.
• Prototype and demonstrate value through rapid development of proof-of-concept solutions.
• Lead workshops and innovation sessions with customers to explore AI applications.

• Develop expertise in specific industries to enhance organizational knowledge.

Skills

• Familiarity with Generative AI architectures and tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills for engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required; a Master’s in a relevant field is preferred.

Tools
