Senior AI Engineer

Job summary

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in generative AI, API integrations, and advanced agent-based applications. This role is pivotal in delivering AI solutions across various tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of software development experience, with at least two years focused on generative AI and agent-based applications.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop working prototypes from initial ideas and refine them into production-ready solutions using modern full-stack frameworks.
• Design and deploy generative AI applications and autonomous agents utilizing LLM APIs and established agent frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities into client systems and manage deployment pipelines in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to create solutions that meet real needs.
• Mentor junior engineers and stay updated with emerging AI and software engineering trends.

Skills

• Full-stack proficiency in TypeScript (React, Next.js, Vite) and Python, with experience in deploying production systems.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno, or DSPy.
• Proficient in RESTful APIs, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI and cloud certifications is advantageous. English is the corporate language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
