Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves managing and expanding the affiliate marketing channel for a financial technology platform, focusing on partnerships that attract new investors. This position is highly autonomous and combines partner management with business development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one partner management platform (e.g., Target Circle/Circlewise, Impact, Awin, Partnerize, CJ)
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with BI dashboards
• Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis and partner research; strong judgment for human verification
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the affiliate marketing channel strategy and performance metrics
• Identify, qualify, and establish partnerships with affiliates including content creators and comparison sites
• Create and manage processes for partner onboarding and activation
• Negotiate various deal structures including CPA, CPL, and hybrid agreements
• Enhance the conversion funnel from initial click to long-term investor retention
• Generate detailed reporting on acquisition costs, revenue, and retention metrics
• Collaborate with various teams to test and optimize marketing content and messaging
• Ensure compliance with financial promotion regulations and manage necessary documentation
