Job summary

This role involves leading the account-based marketing (ABM) program aimed at driving growth with major retailers in the hearing industry. The position requires a strategic and hands-on approach to orchestrate marketing, sales, and customer success efforts around key accounts, demonstrating measurable impact on the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies for enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue from named accounts.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and SDR/BDR teams, actively participating in pipeline reviews.
  • Familiarity with ABM technology stack, including intent data and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with senior executives and global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine a named-account list in collaboration with Sales leadership, categorizing accounts into tiers and defining engagement strategies.
  • Create and implement account-specific ABM plays, including tailored value propositions and executive engagement programs.
  • Manage the entire account journey from selection to post-sale expansion, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales.
  • Establish a measurement framework to assess the effectiveness of ABM initiatives, focusing on engagement and revenue metrics.
  • Lead high-profile marketing events and initiatives, acting as the project manager for significant annual events.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to craft narratives that resonate with C-suite executives in the target market.
  • Optimize the ABM technology stack in partnership with Marketing Operations.

Skills

  • Strong strategic and execution capabilities, with the ability to create briefs, presentations, and manage campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in the hearing care or health-tech sectors is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is advantageous.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not explicitly stated.
