Job summary

The role involves enhancing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) capabilities and leading security initiatives within a dynamic biopharmaceutical environment. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective security integration in projects and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, or IT governance.
  • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS Controls) and regulations (GDPR, NIS2).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement security policies, controls, and processes aligned with established frameworks and regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT Compliance, Legal, and product teams to integrate security into projects effectively.
  • Lead security initiatives beyond GRC, including Data Security and AI, challenging existing practices to improve outcomes.
  • Utilize AI and innovative tools to enhance security practices and efficiency.
  • Foster a security-first culture within the organization, promoting awareness and responsibility among colleagues.

Skills

  • Proven experience in leading security or compliance projects in agile settings.
  • Familiarity with security technologies and automation/AI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with an analytical mindset and a proactive attitude.

Education

  • Relevant academic degree, preferably a Master’s degree in a related field.

Tools

  • Knowledge of security technologies, automation, and AI solutions.
