Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Understanding of integration concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
• Experience in a ticket-based support environment with SLA management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Fluency in English
