Job summary

This role involves leading the development and architecture of Salesforce solutions within a Go-to-Market Technology department. The Salesforce Technical Lead will play a crucial role in shaping strategic projects, collaborating with various teams to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications; Platform Developer II is highly valued.
• Over 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and security models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Lead end-to-end project management from solution design to delivery and reporting.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team to ensure alignment with best practices and ecosystem strategy.
• Manage CI/CD processes and provide training to colleagues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce customizations.
