Job summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic technology team focused on building robust solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role will involve working on strategic projects that support various business functions, including commercial, marketing, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications; Platform Developer II is highly valued.
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and Admin, particularly with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development, including Aura Components and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and security models.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs.
• Collaborate with the Salesforce team for code reviews and solution alignment.
• Support incident management and troubleshooting within Salesforce.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Skills

• Proficiency in developer tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education

• Relevant Salesforce certifications and extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration are required.
