Job summary

The role involves working as a Salesforce Administrator within a full-stack CRM delivery team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through Salesforce solutions. The position requires physical presence in Denmark, specifically in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Aalborg.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and declarative development.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications or equivalent practical experience.
  • Understanding of flows, automations, data models, integrations, APIs, and connected apps.
  • Experience working in agile teams and collaborating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions in collaboration with IT, Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage parts of the backlog and work closely with the team on priorities and delivery.
  • Assist new business areas in onboarding to Salesforce and enhance existing solutions.
  • Participate in the entire delivery journey from idea and analysis to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to team dynamics and growth in Salesforce and technology skills.

Education
