Job summary

This role involves leading the architecture and evolution of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for customer and sales contracts within a global digital team focused on sustainability. The position requires bridging business and digital teams to achieve measurable outcomes through effective digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar field.
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture, particularly in commercial or customer-facing platforms.
• Strong understanding of CLM capabilities across multiple tools and platforms.
• Experience with system integration, data modeling, and event- or workflow-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP ecosystems is advantageous.
• Proven experience in shaping architectures that incorporate AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the target architecture for customer and sales contract lifecycle management.
• Establish architectural guardrails across core platforms and integrations.
• Shape contract data foundations, governance, and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end customer and sales contract journeys across systems.
• Identify and enable high-value AI use cases throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, IT, and Product teams to align business needs with architectural direction.
