Job summary

The role involves overseeing risk management practices within the Technology, Cyber & Data Risk Management team, contributing to the Second Line of Defence. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure effective risk oversight in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant graduate degree with professional experience in technology, cyber, data, or non-financial risk management, preferably in a regulated financial setting.
• Strong understanding of Second Line of Defence responsibilities and risk frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage in an international environment.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in financial institutions (e.g., EU DORA, EBA Guidelines) and ICT security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2.0) is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for articulating guidance and observations.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Interest in ICT and security, including emerging technologies.
• Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance systems like ServiceNow.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and challenge risk assessments, incidents, and thematic reviews across various risk types including Technology, Cyber, and Data.
• Develop and maintain risk frameworks and policies related to ICT, Data, and Business Continuity.
• Promote risk awareness and translate regulatory requirements into operational practices.
• Engage with stakeholders across Technology, Security, Data, and Compliance to act as a credible risk partner.
