This role focuses on leading the commercial technology stack and enhancing Revenue Operations through innovative solutions. The position requires a hands-on approach to optimize processes and implement AI-driven tools that improve efficiency and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Revenue Systems or a commercial technology role within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to build and manage integrations between various commercial SaaS tools using APIs or middleware.
  • Experience in AI development, including building and deploying LLM-based agents.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core commercial tools like Salesforce and Apollo, ensuring they align with team workflows.
  • Redesign commercial processes from lead capture to renewal, focusing on automation to reduce manual effort.
  • Establish data governance standards for reliable reporting and quicker decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Management, Finance, and Marketing to streamline processes and reduce friction.
  • Design and develop AI applications that enhance RevOps and minimize repetitive tasks.

Skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Wrike, and PandaDoc.
  • Strong understanding of the revenue cycle across sales, customer success, and finance.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders effectively.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with BI or analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus. Familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain technology is also beneficial.
