Job summary

The Revenue Technology & AI Lead will oversee the commercial technology stack, enhancing the efficiency and intelligence of the Revenue Operations function. This hands-on role requires a systems thinker who can translate tools and data into tangible commercial results.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Systems or a commercial technology role within B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience in building and managing integrations between commercial SaaS tools using APIs or middleware
  • Hands-on experience with AI development, including building and deploying LLM-based agents

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core commercial tools, ensuring they align with team workflows
  • Evolve integrations across the commercial ecosystem to ensure seamless data flow
  • Redesign commercial processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Partner with various departments to streamline processes and eliminate friction
  • Design and implement AI-powered tools to improve RevOps efficiency

Skills

  • Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, NetSuite, Zendesk, Wrike, and PandaDoc
  • Ability to write lightweight code or utilize no-/low-code platforms
  • Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle across sales, customer success, and finance

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Tools

  • Experience with BI or analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus
