Job summary

Seeking an ambitious and energetic Restaurant Manager for multiple locations in Copenhagen. This role involves close collaboration with an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Area Manager, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and strong team results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily tasks, structure, and goal tracking.
  • Train, coach, and develop the team, particularly new staff members.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Ensure proper production flow, hygiene, self-control, and safety measures.
  • Manage inventory orders, stock control, and daily performance tracking.
  • Act as a role model on the floor, demonstrating energy and oversight.
