Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years (21 for Norway)
  • Completed high school education or equivalent
  • Height between 160 cm and 190 cm (without shoes)
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Strong swimming skills
  • Valid EU passport for worldwide travel
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Compliance with local residency and commuting requirements
  • Adherence to uniform regulations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort during flights
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with onboard dining
  • Represent the airline positively while interacting with diverse passengers
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
