Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead and support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily tasks and goal tracking.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members, especially new hires.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling.
  • Ensure proper production flow, hygiene, safety, and compliance.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and daily performance metrics.
  • Serve as a role model on the floor, demonstrating energy and oversight.

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Education

  • Relevant experience in service or hospitality preferred.

Tools
