Qualifications

  • Experience as a Residential Designer, Kitchen Designer, or Interior Designer focused on remodeling.
  • Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar design software (e.g., 2020 Design, SketchUp).
  • Ability to create practical layouts and realistic 3D renderings.
  • Knowledge of residential remodel workflows and permitting processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with project management capabilities.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is preferred.
