• Strong initiative and results-oriented mindset aligned with strategic priorities.
• Ability to create results through collaboration and hands-on involvement when necessary.
• Open and curious mindset with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Experience in retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical governance and develop the architectural roadmap within the ART.
• Collaborate and align with architects and solution specialists across the organization.
• Create solution designs relevant to retail and store operations.
• Guide teams towards appropriate solutions and act as a visible sparring partner.
• Serve as a central contact with external vendors regarding the POS system, translating technical details into business language.

Skills

• Strong communication skills to navigate discussions at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to translate business initiatives into an architectural roadmap for the ART.

Education

• Relevant educational background in architecture or related fields is expected.

Tools

• Familiarity with architectural frameworks and tools relevant to retail and Agile methodologies.
