• Drive user growth and reactivation through localized initiatives and experiments.
• Launch and optimize acquisition and activation campaigns aligned with data insights and business goals.
• Identify growth opportunities via A/B testing, product experiments, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor key growth metrics, analyze performance, and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, CRM, Paid Ads, and Content to implement growth initiatives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a related field, preferably in crypto, fintech, tech, e-commerce, or mobile apps.
• Demonstrated ability to run comprehensive growth campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
• Ownership mindset with the capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
• Native Russian speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies.
