Job summary

Qualifications

  • Engineering background with practical experience in plastics design.
  • Proven experience in product development, including prototyping, testing, and design verification.
  • Familiarity with mechanical design principles, fluid dynamics, GMP, and single-use materials.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical requirements, validation, and compliance for regulated products.
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical direction in a new product area.
  • Effective collaboration skills in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop single-use products tailored for pharmaceutical applications.
  • Apply mechanical design principles to ensure performance, manufacturability, and compliance.
  • Drive design verification, product validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing of new products.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.
