Quality Coordinator (Infrastructure, Copenhaven)

Job summary

The role of Quality Coordinator involves ensuring compliance with quality standards on a major infrastructure project, specifically the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link. This position is integral to the Quality team, supporting various project phases and collaborating with stakeholders to uphold quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects, with one to two years in quality management.
• Familiarity with quality processes, Quality Management Systems, and audit procedures.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a complex organizational structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of contractors’ management plans and quality documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in contractors’ audits and supplier audits.
• Monitor and address contractors’ non-conformities (NCRs).
• Facilitate quality management meetings with contractors.
• Assist in internal quality reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Support the development and improvement of internal procedures.
