Quality Control Technician

Job summary

This position involves conducting quality control inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements. The role requires on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in the production of lined seals is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of items based on specifications and customer requirements.
• Communicate findings to relevant departments independently.
• Document results in SAP.
• Perform control measurements using calibrated equipment, noting that this is not a laboratory role.
• Act as a partner in addressing quality issues related to Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
• Support visual inspections related to deviations, projects, and complaints.
• Ensure AQL-related instructions are up-to-date and reflect current practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure QA tasks are documented as agreed.

Skills

• Familiarity with SAP and other IT systems, including office software, is preferred.
• Systematic and structured approach to tasks; thrives on routine.
• Detail-oriented with strong quality consciousness and good eyesight (must pass an eye test).
• Positive attitude and commitment to the role.
