About the role

Job summary

The Paramedic is responsible for providing on-site emergency response and managing medical emergencies, either independently or as part of a team. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • State-approved and internationally recognized paramedic license from an EU state or equivalent.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience post-certification as a registered paramedic.
  • Experience in emergency medical services, pre-hospital care, and transportation medicine.
  • Experience as a paramedic in military operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage medical and trauma emergencies on-site, including stabilization and transfer of patients.
  • Assess patients and provide emergency treatment, including limited primary health care as needed.
  • Adhere to project-specific Medevac plans and maintain comprehensive medical records.
  • Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of the ambulance and clinic.
  • Maintain medical inventory and ensure availability of equipment.
  • Support health and first aid training for project personnel.
  • Develop and manage major incident response capabilities.
  • Provide 24/7 emergency support and clinical reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standard operating procedures.

Education

  • Degree/Diploma in Paramedic studies.
