QA Manufacturing Support Scientist

Job summary

This role involves providing quality assurance support on the production floor within a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). The position requires a proactive individual who can manage various quality-related tasks and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Natural Science or Life Science is required.
• Experience in a cGMP environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing, is essential.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with stakeholders across production and quality functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide extensive quality oversight on the manufacturing floor.
• Conduct Line Approval and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Review and approve Master Production Records (MPR) and manage labels for production use.
• Handle deviations (DEV), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and Change Requests (CRs).
• Support audits and inspections, capturing learnings for continuous quality improvements.
• Participate in on-call duties approximately one weekend per month to provide support during critical process steps.
