QA Engineer (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves developing and implementing security strategies, overseeing security architecture, and supporting secure digital transformation initiatives. The position focuses on conducting red team testing of AI models to identify vulnerabilities and improve security posture against emerging threats.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing, red team operations, or AI Red Team activities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming, Development, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in AI red teaming or offensive cyber operations.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, software applications, cloud computing, and networking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different geographies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute adversarial testing campaigns against AI models, including large language models and autonomous agents.
• Research attack vectors and prompt injection techniques to identify vulnerabilities and improve detection of AI-specific threats.
• Conduct red team exercises to simulate real-world scenarios and probe for harmful outputs.
• Create adversarial datasets and benchmarks for model evaluation.
• Collaborate with security teams to document findings and recommend remediation strategies.
• Maintain process documentation and track operational metrics related to testing activities.

Skills

• Proficiency in penetration testing and red team operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to AI security.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with AI Security tools and methodologies.
