Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for new product development and ongoing operations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to facilitate make-or-buy decisions and product relocations.
• Identify and qualify suppliers to support localization and global sourcing strategies.
• Drive improvements in supplier performance metrics, including quality and delivery.
• Partner with supply chain teams to enhance inventory management and working capital.
• Maintain effective contract management practices to ensure compliance and value.
• Contribute to global sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
