Product Specialist

Job summary

This role involves working closely with clients to configure and optimize product solutions, ensuring a standardized approach across the Catalyst product suite. You will leverage your technical expertise to translate client requirements into effective configurations while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in application consulting, product specialization, or technical consulting, particularly in configuring and operating products within a platform.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications.
• Experience working in multi-functional teams and collaborating with operational and product teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to configure and operate products across the Catalyst suite.
• Communicate with client service teams regarding configuration solutions.
• Handle configuration tasks based on client support requests.
• Configure client business rules and product features according to specifications.
• Support testing of configurations and new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications.
• Identify optimization opportunities for scalable and maintainable workflows.

Skills

• Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL preferred.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Interest in applying AI to enhance processes and product configurations.
• Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms is a plus.

Education

• Relevant qualifications in a technical or consulting field are preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Braze is advantageous.
