Product Manager (Travel Operations, On-site)

Job summary

The role involves leading the product vision and strategy for Engage, a CRM and customer engagement product tailored for the travel industry, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position offers the opportunity to redefine the product's direction and enhance its integration with ERP solutions and third-party providers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with ownership of product roadmaps and prioritization.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure.
• Strong analytical skills to align technical possibilities with customer needs and market insights.
• Natural leadership and storytelling abilities to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset with evidence-based decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various teams.
• Experience in product development and data analysis is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the travel industry is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Engage and the broader CRM offering.
• Establish a core product that meets customer needs without excessive customization.
• Advocate for high-quality user experiences and product integrations.
• Collaborate with developers in an agile environment to make informed product decisions.
• Engage with Sales, Professional Services, and customers to understand market demands and set priorities.
• Utilize customer insights and market analysis to guide product improvements.
• Develop a clear 6–12-month product roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Focus on learning the product and market dynamics in the initial 90 days.
