The role of Product Manager involves overseeing the product portfolio for The Ordinary and Dr. Jart brands in the Nordic region, focusing on forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis. This position requires a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in one or more Nordic languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Nordic product portfolio across various channels and retailers
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning for accurate forecasting
  • Conduct assortment and competitive analyses to enhance portfolio performance
  • Represent local market needs to Global and Regional teams
  • Develop local product offerings and differentiation initiatives
  • Assist in go-to-market and launch planning with Consumer Marketing
  • Oversee pricing strategies and competitor monitoring
  • Identify sales opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Ensure accurate product data for smooth launches and operational planning
  • Work with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Visual Merchandising teams to optimize stock levels

Education
