Job summary

The role involves driving the commercial success of the product portfolio across European markets, acting as a link between local markets and the Global Product Management organization. The position focuses on transforming customer insights into business opportunities and supporting new product development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in Product Management, Market Management, or a similar commercial role within an international B2B environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in technically advanced industries such as industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, MedTech, or Life Science is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously develop the commercial performance of the product portfolio by identifying growth opportunities.
  • Analyze market developments, customer behavior, and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to implement local and regional commercial initiatives.
  • Support successful product launches and gather insights for the global organization.
  • Conduct sales, win/loss, and pricing analyses to aid commercial decision-making.

Skills

  • Strong capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages, especially French, are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly and build strong relationships across functions.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
