Job summary

The role focuses on optimizing the digital customer lifecycle to drive revenue through improved acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. You will be responsible for shaping customer experiences on a digital platform and ensuring alignment with commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or platform environment, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Strong background in customer lifecycle metrics including activation, engagement, retention, churn, and lifetime value.
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration, with a background in Product Management, UX, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using data and customer insights for product decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Define and execute a product strategy with clear commercial goals, including revenue growth and churn reduction.
  • Translate insights into a prioritized roadmap with defined outcomes and success metrics.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities along the customer journey using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Collaborate with UX and IT to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Measure product performance and iterate to improve conversion and retention.

Skills

  • Strong product management fundamentals with a commercial mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment and make prioritization decisions.
  • Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Education

  • Relevant degree in Product Management, UX, Business, Technology, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and customer insight platforms.
