Product Manager, Data Products

Job summary

This role involves leading the development of data products within a fast-paced software product management team, focusing on creating tools that enhance the construction industry's efficiency through data insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within a B2B SaaS or industrial software environment.
• Proven track record of building products for data-intensive user personas, understanding the needs of data analysts, BI teams, and data scientists.
• Technical proficiency with data stacks, such as Databricks, and the ability to engage with engineering teams on product feasibility.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities and experience in integrating AI features into products.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills, with a proactive approach to implementing strategic product plans.
• Effective communication skills, capable of working asynchronously across time zones.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from backlog refinement to go-to-market coordination.
• Commercial awareness and ability to define and measure product success using data.
• Collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Products roadmap, setting strategy and priorities for the Analytics Suite and Benchmarking tools.
• Drive end-to-end product execution, managing the build process from backlog refinement to release.
