Product Lead (Remote)

Job summary

This role involves leading the strategic development of a mature business communications platform and exploring new product opportunities in a fully remote setup. The Product Lead will work closely with various teams to shape the product vision and execute impactful initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex B2B products or technology platforms.
• Strong background in Product Discovery, product strategy, and roadmap creation.
• Technical proficiency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to define long-term product vision and implement strategic initiatives.
• Skilled in making decisions in uncertain environments and launching new products or business areas.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, engaging effectively with customers, executives, and technical teams.
• Experience in communications platforms, CPaaS, messaging, or voice technologies is preferred.
• Professional proficiency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level).
