About the role

Job summary

The role involves designing user-centered experiences for mobile and web platforms, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces. The position is fully onsite in Lisbon, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for cohesive design across platforms.
  • Manage the design process from ideation to final visual design, ensuring responsive experiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to shape product strategy and work with Engineers for technical feasibility.
  • Refine designs based on user feedback and analytics to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Advocate for best practices in user experience and contribute to design process improvements.
  • Mentor junior designers to foster a collaborative design environment.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
