Responsibilities

• Design product architectures for new product classes.
• Review and authorize modifications to existing product architectures.
• Evaluate the effects of product architecture and modularization on R&D, sales, operations, service, and supply chain.
• Define and document module levels in line with product strategy.
• Lead the cross-functional Product Architecture Governance Board.
• Balance product architecture complexity with cost efficiency.
• Ensure coherence between product architecture, the product roadmap, and market demands.
