Qualifications

  • Experience in Global/Regional Procurement category management
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and the distribution/warehousing vendor landscape
  • Proven track record in Supplier Relationship Management
  • Skilled in negotiating complex agreements with industry leaders
  • Knowledge of contractual terms and regulations
  • Awareness of sustainability and automation trends
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

  • Lead and influence cost initiatives in distribution and logistics spending
  • Act as a Procurement Business Partner for regional management in annual Category planning
  • Develop supplier relationship management strategies with clear objectives
  • Negotiate and maintain contracts for warehousing, transportation, and customs services
  • Analyze market insights to inform category strategies
  • Manage a global supplier base, including contracting and performance management
  • Drive sustainability and efficiency initiatives with external partners

Skills

  • Leadership and communication skills for collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations and influence at high levels

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain management

Tools

  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools relevant to logistics and distribution
