Job summary

This role involves leading the adoption of AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality and security of AI-generated outputs. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather user requirements and provide technical leadership for design documentation and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Directs the responsible integration of AI tools in software development, ensuring team accountability for AI-generated code quality.
• Collaborates with project managers and technical leads to define user requirements across multiple solutions.
• Provides technical guidance for identifying dependencies and developing design documents for various products.
• Enhances code performance through optimization, debugging, and refactoring.
• Manages project and release plans, coordinating with stakeholders across product lines.
• Leads the resolution of complex site incidents and oversees engineering teams across products.
• Stays updated on new standards to ensure product development aligns with customer scaling needs and performance expectations.

Compensation

The typical base pay range for this role in Denmark is kr 912,400.00 - kr 1,559,800.00 per year, with potential eligibility for additional benefits.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, with 6+ years of coding experience in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including a background check.
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of coding experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience in people management.
