Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing Operations Management and Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Experience in managing systems, software, and applications within the ISA-95 third layer as a Product Manager.
• Strong communication skills for articulating problems and presenting solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology, design, and business.
• Ability to analyze customer and market data to identify key trends.
• Familiarity with software development practices and web/mobile technologies.
• Experience leading agile teams through the full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deploy the Manufacturing Operations Management strategy across production technologies.
• Collaborate with business units to translate needs into digital solutions and a prioritized product roadmap.

• Communicate product priorities and changes to stakeholders effectively.
