Qualifications

• Accredited four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
• Approximately 17-20 years of relevant experience in the Life Sciences sector.
• Proven experience in front-end engineering, including feasibility studies and concept design.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in technical and business writing.
• Understanding of engineering, procurement, and project interfaces.
• Fluency in English and a valid work permit in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Lead process design for Life Sciences projects, including biotech and pharma.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with clients during early project phases.
• Develop process flow diagrams and equipment layouts.
• Collaborate with architects and teams to position equipment based on process needs.
• Analyze design challenges and recommend solutions.
• Support business development and contribute to securing new projects.
• Plan and execute process engineering tasks according to project scope.
• Assist in estimating and proposal development.
• Share best practices in chemical/process engineering.
