Principal Demand Planner

Job summary

The Principal Demand Planner is responsible for overseeing all regional demand planning activities within the business unit, focusing on developing a high-quality, unconstrained consensus demand plan. This role involves managing processes and inputs for continuous refinement of the demand forecast and contributing to monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in demand planning or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a consensus demand plan across a rolling 24-month horizon
• Manage and refine demand forecasting processes and inputs
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment of demand signals
• Contribute to S&OP and S&OE processes to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize costs

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
