Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree in Business Management preferred.
• Over 10 years of management experience, with at least 5 years in software development and professional services.
• Strong background in business development and integration solutions using Apache Camel or Spring Integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure effective teamwork and quality output.
• Develop best practices for recruiting talent and partnerships in India.
• Create innovative delivery and financial models tailored to the Indian market.
• Define a service portfolio to complement product offerings post-sales.
• Monitor product development and service delivery to meet quality metrics.
• Manage team expenses in line with corporate financial objectives.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-facing experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and manufacturing applications.
• Knowledge of ERP integration strategies and EAI.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
