Postdoctoral Researcher in Strategic Foresight (On-site)

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field such as innovation and entrepreneurship studies, science and technology studies, or technology management.
• Demonstrated interest in strategic foresight, technology roadmapping, or research and innovation policy.
• Experience with methods for analyzing technology development and innovation ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across disciplines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt methods and tools for strategic foresight and technology roadmapping tailored to the research context.
• Co-lead pilot cases focusing on technological, market, and ecosystem developments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Conduct research on development trajectories and ecosystem building within pilot cases.
• Communicate findings through roadmaps, presentations, and publications in leading international journals and conferences.

Skills

• Familiarity with technology roadmapping and foresight methodologies.
• Experience in qualitative and mixed methods research.
• Stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of or strong interest in semiconductor/chip technologies.

Education

• A formal qualification of a PhD degree (or equivalent) is required.

• Proficiency in relevant research and analysis tools applicable to technology foresight and roadmapping.
