Qualifications

• PhD degree (or equivalent) in organizations and management, technology and innovation management, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
• Proven experience with qualitative research methods, including case studies and interviews.
• An internationally oriented research profile, demonstrated through a PhD dissertation and/or research publications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with academic and non-academic stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and academic writing abilities.
