PLM Specialist

Job summary

The role involves managing R&D systems and platforms to facilitate agile and scalable development within a team focused on consumer electronics and regulated hearing aid development. The position requires optimizing system processes and supporting a SAFe-based development environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D or high-tech environments, collaborating with stakeholders in R&D, IT, and Product Management.
• Familiarity with systems and data management in similar roles.
• Deep understanding of SAFe principles and practices, with relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Agilist).
• Significant experience managing Oracle Agile in a complex agile setup.
• Knowledge of cloud services and integration tools.
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with process automation, scripting, and customization in tools like BlackDuck and Coverity.
• Ability to coach teams in Agile and cyber security best practices.
• Experience in implementing organizational change management for improvement benefits.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Travel

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Agile to support R&D operations.
• Collaborate with Operations to develop and implement system changes, dashboards, workflows, and reports to enhance transparency and performance.
• Work with R&D and IT to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Train and mentor team members in effective PLM usage.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security requirements.
• Support integration with other tools and systems as necessary.
• Build and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovative and efficient processes and solutions.
• Assume business owner responsibility for product cyber security tools such as BlackDuck and Coverity.
• This role requires approximately 5-10 travel days per year, with additional travel optional but not mandatory.
