Plant Technical Support Engineer (On-site, Denmark)

Job summary

The role involves serving as a technical anchor for the department, contributing to strategy and technical agendas while engaging with stakeholders across global and regional communities. The position requires overseeing new product implementations and managing technical escalations.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Information Technology, Automation, or Telecommunications.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a technical environment, either as a project manager or people leader.
• Knowledge of the wind industry and experience with SCADA systems is preferred.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee new products from R&D and support operational implementation.
• Manage technical escalations and assess risks to the business.
• Serve as the anchor point for four technical communities, ensuring alignment and value creation.
• Provide input to management regarding technical gaps and prioritization.

Education
