Job summary

The Performance Marketing Lead is responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling the global inbound and performance marketing strategy to enhance pipeline growth and customer engagement. This role involves overseeing performance marketing execution, automation, tracking, and optimization across various digital channels, ensuring a cohesive customer journey from awareness to advocacy.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity performance marketing and demand generation.
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns, conversion flows, and marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing agencies, media budgets, and external vendors.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global performance marketing and inbound strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize inbound lead generation across various channels including paid, organic, and email.
  • Drive conversion optimization and performance improvements throughout the customer journey.
  • Build tracking, attribution, reporting, and lead management frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Ensure alignment between campaigns, targeting, messaging, and conversion flows.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and web development teams.
  • Manage external agencies and performance marketing budgets.
  • Drive SEO, SEM, and digital campaign optimization initiatives.

Skills

  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign execution and lead management.
  • Strong experience with paid media platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and reporting skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Tools

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, reporting and performance analysis tools.
