Job summary

This part-time position involves supporting daily operations in a hostel environment, with a focus on guest relations and service across various areas including reception, restaurant, and bar. Flexible shifts are available to accommodate your schedule.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student, side-jobber, working student, or career changer
• Independent work style with high commitment and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with the local area to provide guest recommendations
• English language proficiency at B2 level

Responsibilities

• Manage Check-In and Check-Out processes for guests
• Address guest inquiries and ensure a pleasant stay
• Serve drinks and snacks at the bar, including cocktail preparation
• Prepare and maintain buffet standards for meals
• Uphold hygiene standards during food service

Skills

• Strong hosting abilities and customer service orientation
• Ability to work flexibly across different roles and shifts

Education

• Enrollment in a relevant educational program preferred

Tools

• Familiarity with hospitality management systems is a plus
