Paid Media Manager (Remote)

Job summary

This role is focused on driving measurable growth for home services businesses through paid media strategies. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with business outcomes such as qualified leads and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in paid search, with a focus on strategy and campaign performance.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, particularly in Search, Display, and Shopping.
• Direct experience with Google Local Services Ads for local service businesses or agency clients.
• Strong track record of improving ROAS and reducing cost per lead.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English for clear communication of insights.
• Experience in the home services sector is highly valued.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Google Ads strategy across various campaign types.
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads, including budget and lead quality.
• Build and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Monitor and adjust budgets and bids to maximize campaign performance.
• Track customer journey from clicks to booked jobs to connect advertising performance to business outcomes.
• Create and maintain performance reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on offer strategy and conversion processes.

Skills

• Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign structure, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Google Ads certification(s) are advantageous.

Tools

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel is beneficial.
