Responsibilities

• Develop a clear technology roadmap that aligns with business priorities, including product portfolio execution and customer engagement strategies.
• Enhance decision-making through improved data analytics and reporting on product performance and market opportunities.
• Implement scalable solutions for pricing, tender participation, and commercial performance management.
• Ensure alignment of Specialty Rx & CHC solutions with ERP, supply chain, and analytics platforms.
• Scale the IT department to support the growth of business domains and manage staffing and organizational performance.
